The Virtue of Speaking

This short video touched my heart. It is a good reminder. Master Phin Kung says:
Speak less words of complaint and more of forgiveness, as complaint brings about hatred while forgiveness is wisdom.

Speak less words of sarcasm and more of respectfulness, as sarcasm reveals disparagement while respectfulness increases understanding.

Speak less words of harm and more of thoughtfulness, as harm causes contradictions while thoughtfulness develops friendship.

Speak less words of command and more of discussion, as command forces acceptance while discussion is true leadership.

Speak less words of criticism and more of encouragement, as criticism creates barriers while encouragement nurtures potential.
