Sky Mudra


The Sky mudra helps with neck and ear issues of all kinds. For severe problems, maintain the mudra as long as necessary and with chronic cases use this mudra four times a day for 10 minutes each time.

Listen to your favorite piece of music to help relax the body, spirit and mind. Relax your shoulders, back and jaw. Mozart's compositions have been scientifically proven to have a healing effect on the body. Listen to Mozart if you can. Focus completely on the music. Do not let your mind wander. If you find your thoughts traveling, gently bring them back to the music and immerse yourself in the vibrations it casts over your body.

Mantra to use:
The music of the spheres shows me the goodness and perfection of the universe.
